You may have had your seminar, webinar, or "client appreciation" idea for a while now.  Have you written it down?  Is there a market for it?  Which centers of influence may co-market the seminar/webinar with you?  Any co-authors? Who could lend support with endorsements; can they speak?  And, what is your seminar idea again?  Let's start there. 

BTW: We'll also make sure your seminar content plays safely within your codes of ethics and ease passage through compliance officers.

Title, bullet points, & marketing hooks...

Your seminar content may be brilliant; but it's got 3 jobs to do:

1) We have to develop a 1-liner so folks want to come/listen,

2) We have to develop the right bullet points and diagrams so they see your bigger picture,

3) We have to develop your closing scripts. While they can't engage you that evening, there are other marketing buy-ins we want.

Modern mobile video production...

Do your seminar. We can help you with the video end.  Nowadays, video production is meant to be light, simple, and "full-screen" quality.  All the equipment is portable, and Internet ready.  Remember to turn your mic on when you're up there! 

Seminar audience management...

We should register your participants on-line.  Confirm their attendance by e-mail, text message, and/or by phone. 

We can help you or your staff to meet & greet them most productively.  We can you to get them seated; pass out materials; manage Q&A time.  Then, collect seminar feedback forms. 

Would you like us to help you record some video testimonials?  We can even help you manage "back-of-the-room" sales of books, workbooks, videos, audios, etc.

 

VIDEO WEBINARS, SEMINARS, & SHOWS

Sure you need tradeshow displays & handouts, but your greatest marketing strength is you... your expertise and your personality. Live, at a tradeshow (or a seminar you create).  Then you can video record this for future use. You're an author; add a price tag. Or give away special copies, to special colleagues.  With broadband access, you can stream this video live or archived. Practice marketing your personal brand, within ethics.

The book is available through any bookstore, including Barnes & Noble, Amazon.com, etc.  Dennis originally created a prototype of his innovative book and was working with a graphic designer.

Vikram Rajan, our lead Practice Marketing Advisor™ helps Dennis hand-in-hand with the copy editing, content improvement, blogging, and now new special editions and marketing guidance. 

For example, Dennis was able to arrange the stellar list of endorsements and forewords from leading professionals.  Dennis' book has been endorsed by the Alzheimer's Association of Long Island; we interface with their web master to arrange on-line sale integration.  Dennis has received press, column invitations, and special orders by actively blogging, with our insistence.

LEVINE, ChFC, CPA, MBA is the author of the Widow's Survival Guide and is authoring the interactive workbook edition.  This new and improved edition will be used by  widows/widowers and their families, other CPA's and their clients, and by other financial advisors. Much of the content was already created, but needed to be updated and developed into forms & checklists.

Vikram Rajan, our lead Practice Marketing Advisor™ helps Marty to stay focused on his financial services Marketing Action Plan as the book is only one component.  As Marty works with other CPAs, his book and the new workbook help differentiate and focus his personal brand of expertise. 

Because of the new Widow's Survival Guide workbook, Marty has developed new relationships in his own field and has invigorated client relationships.  Both instances have created strategic projects that should strengthen his core business, plus add new revenue streams.  We can't announce them yet, stay tuned to Marty's e-newsletter, which we've also helped to launch!
